Your Star Suit is on its way! Here's how to follow it every step:
1. Find your tracking number
As soon as your order ships (within 1–5 business days of purchase), we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or search your inbox for your order number.
2. Track your parcel
Paste your tracking number into the universal tracker below — it works with all our carriers:
Good to know
Tracking can take 2–5 business days to activate after dispatch — if it shows no movement at first, that's normal. Typical delivery to the US and Europe is 7–15 business days after dispatch, occasionally longer during customs checks or peak season.
Need help?
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or the estimated window has passed, email us at astchevuae@gmail.com with your order number — we'll investigate with the carrier and sort it out (replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost).
