By accessing this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service.

Orders & acceptance. All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (including after confirmation) in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or stock unavailability — in such cases any amount paid is refunded in full.

Pricing & errors. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Product information. We make every effort to display our products accurately; however, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor variations between batches may occur. Measurements are approximate. Such variations are not defects.

Safe use. The Baby Star Suit is designed for supervised wear — walks, stroller and car rides, cuddles, tummy time and photos. It is not a certified sleep device. For unsupervised sleep, always follow current safe-sleep guidance from your pediatric authority and use a fitted, hoodless sleep sack. Always check garment temperature suitability for your environment. The product must be used under adult supervision at all times; by purchasing you agree to use the product as intended and in accordance with these guidelines.

Discount codes & promotions. Promotional discounts apply only where the stated conditions are met (e.g. minimum quantity), cannot be applied retroactively or combined unless expressly stated, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual property. All site content (text, design, images, branding) is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Disputes. Please contact us at astchevuae@gmail.com before initiating any payment dispute — we resolve almost all issues within a few business days.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms at any time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
